BollyWien booking terms

Published 29 August 2026

1. Scope and organiser

These booking terms apply to the Free Kick-Off Class, Monthly Flex Pass and semester pass offered for the BollyWien dance classes. The classes are organised by Pranali Dhaware, working under the artist name Pranali Sanghmitra Bhagwat. Current operator and contact information is available in the website imprint.

2. Classes and booking options

The published workshop page shows the current dates, times, venue and number of classes included in each booking option. Planned breaks are reflected in the published schedule.

The Free Kick-Off Class is free of charge and registration is compulsory. It creates no payment obligation, does not continue automatically and does not reserve a place in any paid class.

The semester pass is a one-time purchase covering the published classes in the selected semester. It does not renew automatically.

The Monthly Flex Pass is a one-time purchase covering the published classes in the selected month. The displayed monthly price applies whether that month contains three or four scheduled classes. It does not renew automatically. Attending another month requires a new booking at the price, capacity and terms then available.

A semester pass may be offered at a published early-bird price during the promotional booking period shown on the website. The price displayed in the booking summary before acceptance is the applicable price and is recorded with the booking. A later change to a price or promotional period does not change a completed booking.

Any displayed per-class figure is informational. It is calculated by dividing the applicable pass price by the number of scheduled classes covered and is not a separately bookable single-class price. All displayed prices are total consumer prices in euro. No VAT is charged under the Austrian small-business exemption (Kleinunternehmerregelung).

3. Teen eligibility and booking contact

The teen price applies to participants aged 12 through 17. Adult pricing applies from age 18. The booking contact confirms that the selected age band is correct. Where the participant is a minor, the booking contact confirms that they are authorised to make the booking and accept these terms for the participant.

4. Booking, capacity and payment

A paid place is confirmed only after the payment provider reports an authoritative successful payment. A temporary checkout hold may expire or be released after a failed, expired or abandoned payment. Capacity for the Free Kick-Off Class and paid classes is managed separately.

Payments are processed on a hosted payment page operated by Mollie B.V. The information needed for the payment is shared with Mollie and, where necessary, its payment partners. This website does not collect or store card numbers, security codes or online-banking credentials. More information is available in Mollie's privacy statement.

5. Participant absences

Ordinary missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to another month or semester.

6. Cancellation by the organiser

If the organiser cancels a class, the organiser may offer a suitable replacement class, an account credit or an appropriate proportional refund. A proportional refund is calculated from the price actually paid and the number of scheduled classes included in the booking.

7. Free Kick-Off Class conversion

After attending the Free Kick-Off Class, the participant may receive links to available paid classes. Conversion is never automatic and remains subject to current capacity, price and terms. No response creates no paid booking or continuing obligation.

8. Safety and reasonable changes

Dance is a physical activity. Participants should only take part if the class is suitable for their health and ability. They must follow safety instructions and stop and tell the instructor if they feel pain, dizziness or another concerning symptom. Relevant physical limitations should be mentioned before class. For a minor, the booking contact decides whether the class is suitable.

The organiser may make reasonable changes to the instructor, room or schedule. Important changes will be communicated promptly.

9. Liability

The organiser takes reasonable care when planning and teaching the classes. Liability follows Austrian law. The organiser is not responsible for an injury or loss unless it was caused by a breach of the organiser's duties. This includes situations where a participant ignores safety instructions or knowingly goes beyond their own physical limits. Liability is not excluded where Austrian law does not allow an exclusion, especially for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or legally protected claims for personal injury.

10. Data and communications

Contact and participant data is used to manage registration, payment, attendance and messages about the classes. Payment references and the accepted version of these terms are kept as proof of the booking. The privacy notice explains how personal data is used, shared and retained and what rights participants have.

11. Applicable law and disputes

Please send questions or complaints through the contact form first so that a direct solution can be attempted. Austrian law applies. The legal protections and court rules that apply to consumers remain in force. Courts in Vienna are agreed only where Austrian law allows this.
